Do I need to have a website already?

No. Whether you’re starting from scratch or replacing an existing site, the process is the same. We rebuild from the ground up around the menu system either way.

How long does the build take?

Most projects are complete within 4–6 weeks from kick-off. Timeline depends on how quickly your menu content and brand assets can be provided.

Can I update the menu myself after launch?

Yes — that’s the point. Onboarding and training are part of every project. Updating a price, adding a seasonal dish, or pulling an item takes a few minutes with no developer needed.

What does the $125/month cover?

Hosting, security monitoring, software updates, and ongoing technical maintenance. Your site stays fast, secure, and up to date — without you having to think about it.

Do you work with venues outside Canada?

Yes. The system works for any venue. Pricing is in CAD — we’re happy to confirm equivalents in USD, GBP, or EUR if that’s more useful.

What if my venue is more complex than a standard gastropub?

We’ll take a look at your site and tell you honestly whether the standard package is the right fit, or whether the scope needs adjusting. No surprises after you commit.
